Light Cake!!!

This is a very Brazilian cake! And it's very light! There is no butter or oil in the cake and the frosting is only a home made cooked meringue or marshmallow! It's my son, Nicholas's favorite! So, that's what I made for his birthday! Full of fresh berries and cream inside. No fat added!

Simple Cakes but delicious!!!

These are simple cakes, vintage style, cakes that taste like your Grandma's cakes! I totally believe in making cakes that taste like heaven! Cakes that look awesome but taste bad, doesn't do it for me! I grew up having heavenly cakes made by my aunts and mother. Now, I use their recipes and everyone love it! I add some home made pastry cream to them, fresh fruits and only swiss buttercream. Only fresh ingredients, no preservatives!

Bem Casados (Happily Married)

Bem Casados are a traditional treat given at Brazilian Weddings as favors! It is two circles of chiffon type cake with Dulce de Letche in the middle, symbolizing the the couple united by something sweet! It's perfect as a end of the night treat! I've been getting orders as something different to give as gifts, and it's been a huge success! Call me if you would like to try some or to give as a gift! The come in a very nice box!

Here are some that went to the University of Michigan!

These one went to a Wedding!

Use a scoop to measure the size of the balls...

Shape the balls...

Use the lollipop sticks and dip them into the candy melts to secure it to the dough balls.

Put them in the fridge for a little bit to firm the candy melts...
